State of Alaska employees with @alaska.gov email addresses have access to the Microsoft Learner Experience (LxP).

This portal, also known as the Enterprise Skills Initiative (ESI), is available for self-paced or instructor led training and testing. The trainings are intended to enhance IT professional development through online learning paths that emphasize interactive coding and scripting environments and task-based achievements in advanced Microsoft products and topics (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365, security, etc.).

Most of the classes and content are available at no cost to State of Alaska employees. Specialized training is available through the portal at a discount.
