The OIT Service Desk serves as a central point of contact for customer inquiries, service help requests, and incident reports. The Service Desk’s unified ticketing system (UTS) ensures all inquiries and reports are appropriately prioritized and routed for resolution. Note: UTS is currently being phased in across Departments to unify various existing systems across the State of Alaska. The Departments of Corrections; Labor and Workforce Development; Health and Social Services; and Commerce, Community and Economic Development continue to operate departmental help desks.
