- Standard
- Dev and Test server instances, as needed (up to 2 total per Production server)
- Windows operating system (OS) licensing on an OS Drive or Linux OS
- Standard State of Alaska server build, including antivirus/anti-malware and OS related log aggregation
- Assistance with planned upgrades to keep the server OS under support
- All OS critical and security related updates and patches
- Server or data back-ups and restores, as appropriate to the server purpose. For long term and archive backup retention storage charges will be applied – see add-ons.
- Host and server level monitoring
- Hosting on high availability (HA) hardware
- Memory, compute and storage monitoring
- Security and access controls
- Up to 300 GB Storage
- Up to 8 GB RAM
- Standard Plus
- All features of the Standard service level
- Application level monitoring via Xymon processes in coordination with OIT administration
- Legacy
- The Legacy support level applies during the transition from a Departmentally-supported server infrastructure to OIT-supported infrastructure.
- The current level of support is maintained with the same staff on Department-purchased infrastructure until staff is able to plan and execute a migration.
- Ongoing infrastructure support costs are budgeted and paid for by the Department until all services have been migrated. This includes software and hardware support costs.
