Call Center Platform
OIT provides a reliable, secure, scalable, and manageable call center platform enabling features such as both inbound and outbound voice and automated interactive voice response (IVR) calls through Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX). UCCX provides a contact center solution for up to 400 agents, IVR ports that are easy to deploy and manage, and supervisor tools for workforce management and reporting. Note: Several Departments currently use and pay for other third-party call center solutions.
